The nightlife and entertainment industry in Las Vegas is second only to casino gaming in its level of competition. This fierce competition has given rise to many creative marketing programs and products, but none like Vegas Passport. This promotional tool was created after years of research into the Las Vegas night-life market, resulting in a "best of breed" final product. Other multi-venue passes have been attempted and failed. One main reason is that they offered little or no marketing value to the nightclub venue.
